Horse Boarding Rules of Agreement and Information
Self Care:
$165+ Monthly:
Includes Stall Rental, Personal Tack Locker, Storage area for hay/pellets, Individual Spring Pasture (April-October as weather permits),
Fall/Winter herd pasture as facility dictates, use of all the facilities: covered area, outdoor arena, lunge area, round pen, hot and cold wash rack.
We also offer customizable Full Care options. You must call for details. 253-351-8962.
Boarding Options
Trailers Trailers may be parked in designated area at owner's risk and with management approval at $40.00 a month.
Cleaning Fee If you leave your horse droppings in the lunge area, round pen, or arena, you will be charged for clean up by manager $25.00 each time.
Other Special needs as agreed per owner of horse and management.
Curfew9:30pm-6:00am all lights must be off and boarders chores complete. Barn management must be notified if sick or injured horse needs care after this curfew.
NOTICE: Board is due on the first day of each month. If not paid by the 5th of each month, a $10.00 per/day per/horse late fee will be assessed, not exceeding a maximum of $100.00 in late fees.
10 day written notice is required when horse is moving, or you will be charged for 10 days. No credit is given when a horse is at show, or gone. Board is charged the day the horse arrives, and not the day the horse leaves, if it leaves before noon. Signed board agreement and the first month's board are required when horse arrives at Frosty's Stables.
ALL SERVICES TO BE CONSIDERED AT A MONTHLY RATE. ALL SERVICES TO BE PAID IN ADVANCE. FULL CARE CLIENTS WILL BE REQUIRED TO FURNISH FEED INSTRUCTION OF AMOUNT REQUIRED PER/DAY FOR PROVIDED FEED
